3. Reason for the decrease in production: The gaps in the sieve strips are blocked; Uneven feeding. Troubleshooting method: Stop the car and clean the blockages in the gaps of the screen strips; Adjust the feeding mechanism.
4. The reason for the knocking sound generated by the elastic coupling is that the pin shaft is loose; Elastic ring wear; Troubleshooting: Stop the vehicle and tighten the hinge nut; Replace the elastic ring.
5. Causes of knocking sound inside the machine: Non broken objects entering the machine; The fasteners of the lining plate are loose, and the hammer hits the lining plate; Hammer or other parts broken. Troubleshooting: Stop the vehicle and clean the crushing chamber; Check the fastening of the lining plate and the gap between the hammer and the screen strip; Replace broken parts.
